    This might be the best staffing company I have ever used for an event! Isabella was a pleasure to work with as she helped me with my staffing needs/questions. The BA's were beyond helpful onsite. They were hard working, personable and showed great energy. Many of them were even willing to stay late to help us get the job done. They always did everything with a smile on their face. Also our BA lead, Ashlee was the absolute best! I'm so appreciative of the Premier team.

    I know everyone says their wedding was perfect, but I really feel like it could not have been a more perfect night. The Premier Staff team was truly incredible. They were the nicest, most accommodating and efficient people, and they made the entire event go so smoothly. They always seemed happy and excited to be there, and I know that their energy really made the night. SO many guests specifically came up to us to say that the wait staff was amazing and so kind. I specifically wanted to just shout out Thomas, who was waiting on our bridal party table, and who was so thoughtful when he saw that my now-husband and I were often up greeting the other tables when food was coming out that he went and found take-out boxes from elsewhere at our venue in order to save us food so that we could enjoy each course later in the night! I’m sure there were so many others on the team who exhibited the same sort of thoughtfulness for everyone else throughout the night. I can’t tell you how special and how taken care of we all felt.

    Plus, everything was set up so perfectly! Each of the tables looked beautiful, which I know must’ve taken a lot of time and care to set up at the beginning of the day. Even at the end of the night, after such a long day, all of Premier had huge smiles on their face as they made sure that all our of decorations and details were taken care of. (For example, we had embroidered napkins for each guest, and when several guests forgot their napkins at the end of the night, Premier made sure to wrangle them up so that we could pick them up to send to everyone later.)

    And Isabella Galeazzi, who my liason with Premier from the start, was so, so wonderful to work with in organizing all of this! While we sometimes got worried or stressed about other aspects of wedding planning (lol), we knew we that we never had to worry about Premier. She always made us feel like we were in good hands — and we certainly were in great hands!

    If I could give 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional when it comes to employees. We’re the reason why the events run so smoothly. Behind the scenes staff are yelled at, ridiculed, and not given breaks/lunches. Management is extremely rude! Unfortunately many of us need the extra income, but we do not deserve to be disrespected behind the scenes. I hope others reconsider hiring this staffing agency or someone else takes over the business. 0 stars and warning those hiring to reconsider. Luckily I’ve since left the agency and am working with a different agency due to everything, but many employees are still going through hell behind the scenes with this company.

    I hired Premier Staff to provide bar production and a bartender for my birthday party. They offered a mobile bar and specialty drinks as well which were great! The bartender was quick and kind to all my guests and the bar looked beautiful! I will definitely use them again for my future parties.

    I'm a freelance event planner and consultant and honestly pretty jaded when it comes to event staffing - I've seen it all, the good, bad and ugly. I had the opportunity to work an event with a fellow planner who chose Premier Staff for setup and waitstaff, and was absolutely blown away by their professionalism. They worked hard in the hot sun (and I mean hot...not a cloud in the sky), and took every curve ball request we had from the client with total ease. Their attitudes, professionalism, and concern for the outcome of the event is really rare to see these days. I can't wait to work with them again!

    I needed a couple of people to help me set up and serve about 40 people at a memorial service I organized for my mom. I found Premier Staff from Google after speaking with a couple of other staffing services. They were slightly less expensive, but very close to the other companies. I spoke to Daniel on the phone (they need to get their service improved as that was a little issue, but he always called me back within a couple of days) and everything was setup casually but solidly. I called him a few days before to just iron out some details.

    There were so many things for me to do and I had asked a friend of mine, Sara, to be the point person for the reception. The food was set to be delivered during the reception so it was important that the setup was quiet and the food would be ready whenever it was over. I had brought some platters for it to look nicer than just the standard aluminum vats, and a ton of beverages and ice and all of that. Most of the picnic stuff and beverages and ice were taken from my car inside by the funeral directors by the time they came (about an hour before the event started on a Saturday, as I had asked.)

    My first impression on seeing Kevin and Ashley was that they looked very attractive, young, energetic and nice. They had a positive good energy I immediately felt. I had them just wear black t-shirts and pants (having worked in service myself years ago, I understood how much more comfortable than the penguin suit that was and it was a hot day) and they looked great, very clean and well put together. I had Sara guide them in to the courtyard and explain to the what their tasks were. I was busy greeting people and hoped it would look OK. I came back right before the service started and almost everything was already setup perfectly, just as I had hoped, and better!

    During the service I didn't hear (or smell) anything. Understand that the courtyard was only a small gate-like door away, and the service was quiet, albeit with people speaking, in a tent. I went over with everyone when the reception was over, and I was blown away. Everything looked PERFECT! They had set up just the right amount of food and it looked delicious and welcoming. I wish my photographer had taken more pics, but I'm attaching what I've got. They worked together really well, sometimes serving the guests and making drinks (but guests that showed up seemed to be comfortable enough to serve themselves too.) it was seamless, and I didn't have to lift a finger. Sara said she really didn't do anything, they set it up themselves. When it was over, I gave them and some of the guests some leftovers and everything else was brought to my car and they cleaned up.

    I hope I tipped them well as they really made the whole event so smooth and seamless. I have no criticisms and would encourage you to hire from this company right away!
